Savills Philippines Facilitates Lease Agreement Between Griffinstone Inc. and KMC Solutions Expansion in Alabang

Taguig City, Philippines — Savills Philippines announced the successful completion of a lease agreement between Griffinstone Inc. and KMC Solutions (Apex Gamma, Inc.), marking another commercial real estate transaction facilitated by the firm amid continued activity in the local market.

The agreement was signed by Vincenzo Tagle, Managing Director of Griffinstone Inc., and Michael Thomas McCullough, Founder of KMC Solutions, formalizing the partnership between the two companies.

As part of the transaction, KMC Solutions (Apex Gamma, Inc) expanded its footprint within the building by securing additional floor space to support its continued growth. The expansion reflects the company’s confidence in the building’s location and long-term value as it scales its operations.
